This document describes the strategic intentions of AXON PRO s.r.o.

AXON PRO is a limited liability company. It is focused on specialized services in the field of information technology with a focus on high value services, mainly customized software development.

AXON PRO is one of the important entities on the information technology market in Slovakia and is a supplier of software solutions for several state institutions, either directly or as a subcontractor of a solver of a larger whole.

The main activity of AXON PRO is the development of custom software from analysis to the final solution, its implementation and subsequent support in the form of contract service and the provision of complex solutions for customers from medium and large enterprises and organizations.

We consider customer support to be a key area for our clients. A clear focus on satisfying customer needs is the impulse for the continuous improvement of our service processes.

Quality policy

Our company’s management defines the quality policy as one of the main elements of the company’s proper development. AXON PRO s.r.o. strives to offer and provide its customers with solutions and services that satisfy them in terms of technical solution, quality and price. Continuous improvement of the quality of our processes is one of the elements of building quality management and providing solutions and services with high added value.

In their daily work, AXON PRO s.r.o. employees are guided by the following principles:

AXON PRO’s main objective is to deliver any services within agreed deadlines, quality and at reasonable costs, thus satisfying AXON PRO’s customers, employees as well as owners. AXON PRO achieves this goal by operating the company in an efficient, productive and stable manner in compliance with applicable laws and by continuously improving its sub-processes affecting product quality. The basic tool that enables this objective to be met is an effective quality management system (SMK) and ITSM integrated into a single management system and distributed across all levels of the company’s management. The integrated SMK and ITSM systems act as a means to meet the set objectives, the quality of provided service and to ensure the principles of information security in all the company’s activities. The Company applies the prevention of disagreements - the principle of prevention prevails over the principle of detection of disagreements. We work with all our major suppliers and partners to create mutual trust, respect and a shared commitment to our customers. We measure the quality of our work by the satisfaction of all our customers.

Service management strategy

AXON PRO’s management is committed to expanding its quality management system and building its IT service management system to be transparent with defined metrics for each service and equally attractive to our customers. The main criterion of the ITSM strategy is to offer customers a portfolio of services that satisfies both customers from the government and public sphere as well as the most demanding customers from the private sphere and leads to the support of their business processes. This will be achieved by concluding mutually beneficial, unambiguously formulated SLA contracts, which will also motivate the customers' management to create conditions for a high quality cooperation.

We implement ITSM according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1 and develop it based on the best experience in the industry, basing the development of our processes on ITIL recommendations regarding service and support of solution and service delivery. We place great emphasis on the management and quality of our help desk and customer support processes, as well as on change management and information security.

We currently consider these core ITSM processes to be essential to achieving our high level of service, while providing proof to our customers that a defined service, in whatever form, will be delivered on the basis of mutual trust and to pre-defined standards.

Management is committed to actively support all IT Service Management processes in the company to achieve the stated objectives in expanding the services provided, particularly in the areas of focus of our customers.

In order to achieve this goal, the following basic prerequisites must be met:

to build, operate and continuously improve the company’s management system, based on the fulfilment of actual and expected customer requirements the ability to continuously innovate the products and services provided to customers in line with developments in IT technology continuous improvement of provided services and use of new promising technologies with better parameters. to build the company’s management system as an integrated management system based on international quality standards according to ISO 9001 and ITSM according to ISO/IEC 20000.

Considering that we currently provide our services primarily to customers in the government, public and financial spheres, where special emphasis is placed on information security, we build our security policy to eliminate the risks of compromising the integrity, confidentiality and availability of provided services to the lowest possible level. The terms and conditions for ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of customer information are an integral part of our SLAs. In applying information security, we take into account all legislative and regulatory requirements, which are regularly reviewed for their impact on individual information systems and processes. Any intentional threat of the inherent information security in the ITSM at AXON PRO s.r.o. or at our customers and suppliers, and the quality of the services we provide will be considered a breach of discipline or the law and treated as such.

Management is committed to actively support IT service management and information security both inside and outside the company and to provide the necessary resources to achieve all objectives in this area.

Environmental Policy

In order to achieve our environmental objectives, our organization takes the following steps:

AXON PRO undertakes to develop and implement an effective environmental management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001. we strictly comply with legal requirements in the environmental field we consider the environmental impacts of our activities we are committed to continuous improvement and pollution prevention the relevant measures and procedures are guided by the AXON PRO Quality Manual and related organizational and technical procedures (guidelines) This Environmental Policy is binding for all AXON PRO employees. All management staff at AXON PRO are obliged to practically apply this policy and to take effective measures in the processing and implementation of the Environmental Management System. The Environmental Officer is responsible for monitoring compliance with the principles set out in this Quality Policy.

Conclusion

The management is aware of the need to consistently enforce the implementation of the above strategy at the management level of the company, as well as to guide all employees and external collaborators of the company to do the same.
