In the event of a complaint about a PC function, claims can be made by e-mail (servis@axonpro.sk), telephone or fax, at the nearest AXON PRO branch. It is always necessary to report the serial number of the PC (see warranty card or sticker on the PC), describe the nature of the defect in as much detail as possible and indicate the contact person (name, phone number).

Required documents

In order to apply for a warranty repair, it is necessary to provide the service or the seller with a document showing the method of acquisition of the product, the serial numbers and the date of receipt of the product by the buyer, or proof of previous warranty repairs affecting the warranty. Such proof is mainly the invoice, the delivery note and the service certificate. The product must be presented for warranty repair complete, free of infringing trademarks and with a detailed description of the product’s defect. Rectification of the defect The rectification of a product defect caused by a manufacturing defect or defective material will be carried out under warranty at an AXON PRO service center ( unless otherwise agreed ) so that the product can be used properly, or the defective goods will be taken over and handed over for repair to a manufacturer-authorized service center. Due to the constant innovation of technology, in the event that the defective part is beyond repair, the Seller reserves the right to replace it with a part of comparable technical parameters.

Warranty period

The Seller, AXON PRO (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), provides a warranty of 24 months from the date of sale (unless otherwise stated). The warranty period for peripherals and input devices is indicated on the delivery note or is equivalent to the warranty period provided by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover consumables (cartridges, toners, etc.). Any deviation from the above warranty periods must be clearly indicated on the delivery note. Extension of the warranty period T he warranty period is extended by the period from when the buyer has claimed the warranty repair from the seller until the repair has been carried out and the repaired product has been taken over in time (at the latest within 5 calendar days after the agreed date or after the call for collection from the repair). Termination of warranty The right to warranty repair shall be terminated if the defect has occurred due to mechanical damage to the product, operation of the product in unsuitable conditions (chemically aggressive, dusty, humid environment, strong electric or magnetic field), breaking of the warranty seal, or if the product has been modified by an unauthorized person (i.e. a technician of the Seller’s organization). Furthermore, the warranty does not cover defects caused by the use of incorrect or defective software, incorrect consumables (e.g. non-original printer cartridges) or any damage resulting therefrom. The warranty does not cover defects caused by natural disasters. Compensation for unjustified claims

If, during repair, the defect is found to have been caused in a manner excluded from the warranty conditions or the defect is not manifested, the purchaser is obliged to pay the service provider or the seller the costs associated with the necessary handling of the product according to the current price list of AXON PRO’s work. Complaints and disputes All complaints and disputes arising from claims shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws, in particular the Commercial Code, §422 to 441.
