Complaint guidelinesIn case of of a problem with a PC that is covered under the warranty, AXON PRO can be contacted via email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), telephone, fax or in the nearest AXON PRO office. The PC series number (on the proof of warranty or on the PC), detailed information about the problem and a contact information (name, phone number) should be provided. Necessary documentsTo be able to claim a repair or replacement covered by the warranty, it is necessary to provide a proof of purchase with a series number and the date of the purchase as well as a document identifying previous repairs if they affect the warranty conditions. This should be "invoice, certificate of delivery, and maintenance document'. The product should be complete without broken seals and a detailed description of the problem should be provided. Solving the problemThe problem, caused by a production or material defect will be fixed within the warranty in a service center of AXON PRO (unless otherwise specified) so that the product can be fully used. Alternatively, the problem will be fixed in an authorized service center. Considering the constant technological innovation, in case a problem part cannot be fixed but has to be replaced, AXON PRO will replace such part with a part with comparable technical parameters. WarrantyAXON PRO, offers warranty for 24 months from the date of the purchase (unless otherwise specified). The warranty time for peripherals and input devices is stated on the certificate of delivery or is equivalent to the warranty time offered by the producer. Warranty does not apply to perishable items (e.g. cartridge). Any discrepancy from the stated warranty time will be clearly stated on the certificate of delivery. Extending WarrantyWarranty is extended by the time, which it took to repair the problem part or the product. This time is measured from the time the buyer utilized the warranty until the product has been picked up (5 days after the scheduled pick up or a pick-up notice at the latest). Warranty terminationThe right to a repair under warranty is terminated if the problem has been caused by a mechanical damage, by usage of the product under unsuitable conditions (chemically destructive, dusty or damp environment, in strong electric or magnetic field), by tampering with the warranty seal, or if other than a specialist assigned by AXON PRO interfered with the product. Warranty also does not cover problems that were caused by using incorrect software, incorrect perishable items (e.g. not original cartridge) or any consequent damage. The warranty does not cover problems that were caused by a natural disaster. Compensation for an undue warranty serviceIf, while in repair, it was found that the problem originated in a process that is not covered under the warranty, the buyer is required to pay the service center or the seller the cost that was created by manipulating the product according to the current price list of AXON PRO. Complaints and disputesAll complaints and disputes that result from the warranty policy will be resolved according to current laws, especially according to OBCHODNY ZÁKON, §422- 441. |
